New Talent Program at ELAN

The New Talent Artist at Elan has had at least one year of apprentice training before transitioning into our New Talent Program which lasts 3-6 months. This program offers discounted prices on all hair services to clients while allowing the artist to build skills and confidence behind the chair.

New Talent Artists may require extra time for hair services and supervision is available to them.
